    This special walk-around tasting event brings together the best of the FLX culinary talent, coming together to support their fellow chefs in N. Carolina. Savor the creativity, flavors & passion that define our region, all while contributing to a cause that helps those who livelihoods have been impacted by the storm.

    Come join us for a wonderful dinner with Chef Samantha Buyskes. $55.00 Per person, wine and beverages are purchased seperately. Menu is listed below:

    Starters:

    Butternut squash hummus

    Pita chips and veggie chips

    Empanada with spinach and black bean filling with smoked chipotle sour cream for dipping

    Classic fondue with Muranda cheese local sourdough and table grapes

    Salmon cake bites with lemon tartar sauce

    Mains:

    PLEASE CHOOSE ONE MAIN COURSE

    a) Herb, roasted pork loin, shallot bacon apple cider sauce with

    Spaghetti squash, fried sage, pinenuts, olive oil, and Parmesan

    OR

    b) Wild mushroom pasta with chestnut, sage, cream, and Parmesan cheese

    c) Grilled Cranberry and sage sausage with Red wine gravy and Polenta
